Traveling as Couple
This hotel is very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, the woman who checked us in was very friendly. She set my wife and I up with a complimentary bottle of wine with cheese / crackers. She did this because we mentioned we were on a weekend getaway without the kids! Only wish they had a pool, but didn't really need one since there was plenty to do in Chicago. Highly recommend this hotel. ...read more

Solo Traveler
This was a very comfortable, clean & convenient hotel. Would definitely recommend except the additional parking fee of $22 didn't make it that great of a bargain.

Nice facility and good location, but the staff was very surly and not interested in meeting customer needs. Simple things like letting me take my bag on the airport shuttle and and providing info on pickup and drop-off. ...read more

We stayed at the Marriott which was a 3 1/2 star hotel, yet it offered much more than the Hyatt. We stayed at the Hyatt before and that the staff had come to clean my room. This time we had bugs in the bath. There were no negative occurrences at the Marriott. ...read more

There was something in the bed/sheets/blanket that caused my guest and I to have an itchy rash on our arms, thighs, hips, chest, back. It was awful! On top of that, customer service, from the valet to the bell hop to the people behind the counter were all very rude to my guest and myself.
